Dear Fran,

You haven't been with us for 3,5 months already. But the time is nothing compare how much You've done for us, for people who love You and will remember you as a person full of kindness, love and life energy. I and other people form Russian NGOs, such as Green World, Oleg Bodrov  remember you often when we talking about Russian NGOs development, how much You gave us by sharing Your great expirience. The last time I met you was my visiting CSE in 2006. That was a time of our orientation in Asilomar, and then I took a picture of You and me. You smiles on that picture. When I got home, I printed that picture, which has been staying on my table all time. I can see You and thinking a lot. Your life and Your deals admire and inspire me.  Thank You, dear Fran!
