Tribute Detail

for Joanna and the Macy family,

We send our heartfelt  blessings for you in your time of loss, as Fran's passing was so sudden and gave you no opportunity for preparation.,

We hope that the tributes written for Fran can be real nourishment for you all.   There must be new stories that you've never heard before, that are fresh and can fill you, warm you, tickle you.  The tributes reveal so many faces of gratefulness and so many expressions of the open and connected feeling that friends and fellow travelers shared in Fran's presence,  and you may be able to follow those feelings right to the cabin in your heart where Fran lives, and visit with him there.

Fran has lived with noble purposes with his fellow beings. Those of us who know him in connection with those purposes must work with our loss and find ways to tend to some of those torches of illumination that Fran has been carrying.
